German Chamomile has a sweet, warm herbaceous scent. Often referred to as blue chamomile. This is a very soothing oil that helps ease anxiety. It is also known for its wonderful anti-inflammatory properties. Use as a massage on sore muscles or as a cold compress. This has already been diluted to 10% in jojoba oil to make it more affordable, but we suggest diluting further to a 3% therapeutic level before using on the skin.
